Best Inlelligent's handheld laser cleaning machine is perfect for cleaning rust and corrosion from all common metal surfaces such as steel, iron, aluminum, etc. It is the ideal surface preparation solution for polishing welds and removing paint or rough surfaces prior to bonding.
About the handheld laser cleaning machine
Laser
The Q-switched laser is designed for maintenance-free applications. It delivers a diffraction-limited (M2<1.05) laser beam directly to the job site via a metal-sheathed single-mode fiber optic cable. These compact maintenance-free lasers are designed to operate over a wide operating temperature range in high shock, vibration and dust conditions with relatively high humidity. Up to 50%, wall insertion efficiency allows for compact size, reduced utilities and trouble-free air cooling. There are no routine replacement parts or material scheduling; they require only a low-voltage power supply.
Cleaning Heads
The cleaning head is designed for fast, precise deflection and positioning of the laser beam. Small spot size is achieved along with a large image field. Very stable operating conditions as well as high long-term stability are provided by injecting pressurized air into the optical hood and particle extraction between the optical hood layer and the protective hood layer. The compact housing is dust and water-resistant.
Requirements beyond the above are available upon request. Contact Best Inlelligent to speak with a laser expert who will guide you to the best system for your needs.
Caution
Safety precautions during operation: The 1064 nM wavelength laser emitted by this laser system is invisible and may be harmful to the human eye. Appropriate laser safety glasses must be worn at all times during operation. 21CFR 1040.10 Compliance: The CleanTech™ handheld device is a CDRH-designated Class IV enclosed laser device and meets all requirements for a stand-alone laser system as defined in 21 CFR 1040.10 under the Health and Safety Radiation Control Act of 1968. As an additional level for safety reasons, a safety interlock system with redundant switching helps prevent accidental exposure to excessive laser radiation. In addition, the system is equipped with a manual reset of the power supply, a key-locked laser power switch and a remote interlock connector. Finally, the system features an audible and visual emission indicator with a five (5) second emission delay setting. All of these features combine to form a laser radiation safety system that allows the CleanTech™ unit to be used in a safe and secure manner.
